Did and done. It's amazing how easily one can insert a correction notice into an online publication. You'd think the NY Times could do the same.

Good post. Not surprised you heard nothing back. They are royalty, you know.

The most I've ever done as a blogger is change a phrase here or there, or correct a misspelling. I've added text to a post (a clarification, a note, and so on), but it's always been with an explanation.

This is very odd indeed, and sounds fishy to me.
